PANAMA CITY — Today is Adam Lariscey’s first post-recovery Father’s Day.

After a decade of cocaine use and alcohol abuse that goes back even farther than that, Lariscey got clean last spring.

Lariscey had a lot going for him. He had a good job and two kids that doctors had said he and his wife wouldn’t be able to have. He loved, and still loves, to cook dinner for his family.
