All residents are Case Managed weekly.
Case Managers work with residents on where they are spiritually with Christ, finances, exercise routines, stressors they are dealing with, physical health issues, mental health issues, court cases, DCF cases, probation dates and costs. Budgets are due to Case Managers weekly where they work with residents on their finances. Case Managers also assist in looking for housing and directing residents to Agencies that will pay the deposits and first months rent.
We have a specialized Case Manager at our Women & Children's Facility that works strictly with our Mom residents. She has extensive knowledge in all areas that mom's need such as ELC for free childcare, DCF for court cases involving their children, and many other Agency Assistance that will help our Moms on their journey for reunification with their children.
